As it would seem, I haven't been doing much animating and the animating I am doing isn't getting updated on here. XD Randomly I've started doing the outline of my own version of Madness Combat.
I call it Project: H.I.D.E.

Meaning:
Hidden Insanity - Descending Evangelism

Hero:
Lein Decalo

Setting:
California, New York, and Japan. (In that order.)

Plot:
Lein Decalo is an everyday businessman whose life changes after the lower floors of his work place collapse and sink. Trapped, Lein and the survivors were forced to fight for their lives as darkness stretched for the top levels. Slowly, one by one the survivors begin disappearing and only blood trails are left. On the 5th day after the accident, Lein learns that the company he works for is actually a medical research center in disguise and that the accident was caused by a few experiments escaping their chambers. They call these monsters "Delos" and their mother "SARAH".

When Lein finds a way out, he is confronted with the now released SARAH. Her presence hypnotizes him and draws him in closer and closer. When another moronic survivor shoots at SARAH, she is startled and scratches Lein, leaving a highly visible scar along his face. As moral depletes, the group finally reach the only exit only to be stopped by more Delos called Nakitama or Departed Souls. In the large massacre only Lein and two other survivors live on to escape the building as it self destructs.

The group splits and go their separate ways. Lein returns home. He goes upstairs, cleans up, and falls asleep. Over night, he gets a call from one of the other survivors. They warn him that the organization is trying to kill the survivors to hide what happened. And just as Lein finishes his conversation, he hears gun shots and screams on the other side of the line. Quickly, he changes clothes and gets into his car, driving off to check on the "moron". Lein warns him and they both drive off in search of the survivor that was on the line. They drive by the house only to see police tape. The police say that a freak "accident" occurred. Lein and the moron, now named Vance, return to Lein's house. As he opens the front door, he notices a timer sitting on the living room table. The timer explodes, destroying his house while simultaneously throwing him back into the car. Vance pulls the unconscious Lein back into the car and they both drive off in hopes of evading the organization.

And then the mission starts here:
Vance knows some people that can help them. They've been able to hack into the organization's data files and have discovered information on the experiment that was being conducted under the building. Project: H.I.D.E. They were testing a new superhuman serum that malfunctioned. The Serum was called D.A.W.N. which stands for Dynamic Action War Nemesis.

Additional Info:
Those who survived the experiment are called Angels. The artificial Angels are successfully made superhuman that have exceeded expected standards. Becoming not only faster and stronger but also gaining supernatural manipulation of certain things like metal, lightning, heat, or gravity. This power is called Reikon (Soul). Each power is based on an actual Biblical Angel and whatever they are famous for or stand for. Such as Michael being the leader archangel, Kamael being the archangel of encouragement, and Raphael as the archangel of healing.

Secret Info:
Lein gains the basic abilities of the Delos, but when provoked, his full power is unleashed giving him wings, long white hair, and the manipulation of lightning. It will later be revealed that SARAH is really from an alien race long forgotten making Lein one of the only natural descendants to have originated from SARAH herself.


In a way it reminds me of Sephiroth except... no one goes crazy with power and tries to destroy the world.
